Everything you need to know about our worldwide shipping

Neutral and discreet shipping

We always ship your order in discreet and neutral packaging. From the outside, it’s impossible to guess what’s inside the shipment. The sender’s name on the shipping label is “Sebastian Siegel”.

For deliveries outside the European Union, we must attach a customs declaration to the outside of the shipment. So that your order can be processed quickly and easily by customs, we mark the contents as “Party Supplies” and enclose the corresponding invoice.


Shipping outside the EUROPEAN UNION

The prices including tax only apply for member states of the European Union. For every other state, VAT won’t be charged, and the valid price is excluding tax. After entering the address at the end of the ordering process, the tax rate will be adjusted automatically.

When shipping to a Non-EU-country, additional taxes or charges (such as customs duties) accrue, which aren’t included in our invoice or doesn’t get handled by our company. You have to pay those additional charges at your responsible customs or tax authorities.

Shipping to packing stations, PO boxes or post offices

We also ship to packing stations, post offices, PO boxes, PickPost, etc. We only need all required information such as your post number, the number of the packing station, post office, PO Box, etc. If you don’t find the particular field while entering your address during the checkout process, just use the available fields like „company“ or the 2nd address row.

IMPORTANT: You need to choose the delivery method „DHL (with tracking / mit Sendungsverfolgung“ for delivery to packing stations, PO boxes or post offices!

Shipping costs

The calculation of your shipping costs is based on the shipping weight. During your purchase the shipping weight is calculated automatically and the final shipping costs will be displayed before you place the order.

Delivery time

Unless it’s not specified differently in the the product, your order will usually be ready for dispatch within 1-2 working days. The estimated delivery time for your country will be displayed before you place the order.
